Heat Meter Temperature Sensor Pair
TSC household type temperature sensor pair are connected at one end to the temperature ball valve/pipe and the other end directly to the heat meter. Cable length of the paired temperature sensor can not be cut.
TSH building type temperature sensor pair are connected at one end to the temperature ball valve/pipe and the other end to the terminal box and is connected to the heat meter by cable through terminal blocks. If the cable lengths required of the inlet and outlet water are different, it must be strictly calculated and paired.
Features:
1. Adopting Germany ceramic film platinum thermal resistance chip (with quite small size, long-term stability and high accuracy in a wide range) precisely fitted with machined parts. Vibration resistance, high temperature resistance, good stability, high accuracy, elegant appearance.
2. Intrinsic error: Commonly adopting Class B platinum temperature sensor, the intrinsic error is ± (0.3+0.5%|T|), Class A± (0.15+0.2%|T|) also can be selected.
3. Temperature difference error: Adopting automatic pairing software system, proceeding multiple temperature points measurement and pairing. In the ***ecting section, the paired error is controlled ≤ 0.029º C to ensure in any circumstances the error between the two temperature sensor pair will not exceed the industry standard ≤ 0.1º C.
4. Temperature range: 0~105º C or -40~150º C, accuracy is Class A or B.
5. Adopting imported high performance thermally conductive silicon and tinned all-copper wire, with high sensitivity to ensure fast and consistent thermal response, quick response and thermal conductive performance better than that of general wires.
6. Adopting rolling sealed connection to ensure casing pipe strength and long-term working reliability, with good insulation sealing performance, mechanical shock resistance, bending resistance and high reliability.
